Returns Policy

-Returns are accepted for an STORE CREDIT ONLY.

-All returns must be back to us within 30 business days of the date received. 

-Sale items, accessories/jewelry, and home decor are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Any sale items, accessories, or home decor items returned will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, a $10 return fee will incur.

-All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with the tags attached. If the items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit and items will be sent back for a $10 return fee.

-Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box.

-Items purchased online can be returned by shipping your item(s) to our location listed below for store credit only.

Return Instructions

1. Please review our Return Policy above and be sure you meet all the return requirements. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted and an additional postage fee of $10 will have to be paid to have the item returned back to you.

2. Contact us by emailing support@gigisboutique.org to request a pre-paid return label, please state your order number in the email. Once we've received your request for the return label, please allow about up to 48 hours to receive your pre-paid label via email.

3. Place the item(s) you are returning in a shipping safe package and INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT with your packaged return item.

4. Once we receive your items, we will apply store credit to your online account. This credit does not expire and can be applied towards any future online purchases. Please allow 3-7 business days after we've received your return for your credit to show up on your online account.

Exchange Instructions

Please place a new order online for the items you wish to exchange. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have received your return. A full refund will be given for exchanges ONLY for a different size or color in the same item.

Please write the  NEW order number for the exchanged item on the bottom of the receipt you are sending back with the merchandise. All other returns will be issued store credit.

In-Store Pick Up

If you're local, please choose the free "in-store pick up option" at checkout. Once we have fulfilled your order and your items are ready for pick up, you will receive an email letting you know your item(s) are ready! Most in-store pick up purchases are available for pick up within 24-48 hours. In-store pick up is not available on Monday as we are CLOSED.

Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING and EASY RETURNS, always!

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to leave our warehouse and 2 business days after that to receive your order. All items are shipped USPS 2-Day Priority Shipping. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email.
